I was looking for a YouTube video stream of this incredible 100m final at the Belin World Championships and DID find it early this morning. This (first?) publication of it is not narrated in English, but it is still amazing to watch him break through his own previous World Record mark. If you are patient (it's long) you will see various slow motion replays of the race which are worth watching. He is TRULY the world's fastest human. We can now look forward to what this amazing runner will do in upcoming Olympic games! 9.58 seconds. Wow!

Usain Bolt broke his own 200 meter world record Wednesday last by .11 seconds, exactly the same amount by which he recently broke his own world record for the 100 meter. The article may be read at

19.19

Chip hunted for a good video of this. I found a couple. This one seems to be of better quality than the other. Bolt's bib (656) and his time (19.19) are palindromic. Do you know the etymology of the word "palindrome?"

palindrome — Gr. palíndromos running back again, f. pálin again + drom-, drameîn run.
