Multiply-defined Wurds

Hello -

Just a quick note. I am active in a blog called Interpres which involves a made-up language called Toby Speak.

Currently the "dishunary" for Toby Speak has 919 "wurds."

I found your word frequency counter useful today when I discovered a multiply-defined word in the "dishunary." Turns out there were a total of 19 such words. So ... we'll be choosing one of the two "definitions" for each of the 19. This will bring Toby's "vokabluary" down to 900. This is of course sad, for two reasons; he will know fewer "wurds" and the count will no longer be a prime number.

The good news is, at the rate we're going, the "wurd" count will break the 3-digit threshold before a new President is "eelekted."

PS - We could translate this note into Toby Speak for you but my guess is you may be "convoozed" enough already so why push it? BTW, "confused" is one of our multiply-defined words. Which way do you think we should go, "convoozed" or "cunvoozed?"

Enjoy! And again, tanx!
