Hi Tobee. I think I may have a fix for your cat. (No pun intended). I did a search on animated cats and found your cute little animal. I saved the whole page as a web page and took a look at its code. I then created a simple 3-line web page that included a link to the animated cat only. I hit CONTROL-B (which "launched" my browser against the file) and the cat stuck his / her tongue out at me!
It occurred to me that I could send you the "launch" code I wrote AND you could use the link it contains BY ASSIGNING THAT LINK to the image of the cat itself (which as we know is only a screen shot and will not stick its tongue out) Once clicked, the cat WILL go weird. TcT may be able to figure out HOW to get the cat to go weird without having to click the cat. I will send you my email now. Maybe you can figure out what TcT might do too.
